The Flats at 125 Broad is a pet-friendly community! If the breed falls on the Dangerous Breeds List we cannot accept them unless they're certified by ESA. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information. Pet rent is $50/mo. for cats and $100/mo. for dogs. Limit two pets per apartment.
